Tanzanian Southern Peaberry

Coffee is on the first place in agricultural sphere of Tanzania. You can divide all coffee which is growing here into northern and southern sorts. The real “north” coffee which grows on Kilimanjaro Mountain, on border with Kenya, will amaze you with its flavoring qualities. It reminds Kenyan sorts, but has less acidity, and its basis is more gentle and light.

As to southern sorts which grow on mountains round Nyasa Lake on border with Malawi, they differ with the strongly pronounced taste, the lowered acidity and long aftertaste.

Coffee “Tanzanian Peaberry” is grown up in the Song city, Ruvuma area. It possesses strongly pronounced, but balanced flavoring qualities. It is a sated coffee, with difficult apricot, brandy and almond oil aroma. In process of cooling coffee develops a taste of sweet jasmine.
