It is considered that the quantity of various coffee sorts, known to mankind, exceeds one thousand. But there are much more ways of its preparation and serving.
Flavoring qualities of a drink depend on many factors. There are not any trifles, everything is important: from a coffee sort choice to bean’s frying and grinding degree.
For example, Americans, who worry about their health to fanaticism, usually drink light coffee without caffeine. Temperamental Italians and, strangely enough, cool Swedes, on the contrary, prefer very dark, black as night, coffee. And diplomatic Frenchmen search for color and taste golden mean.
